Our history

1. 1945

   Timavo begins its history in Italy, dedicated to dyeing and finishing knit fabrics.

2. 1974

   Timavo chooses Brazil to open a plant and joins a major economic group in the textile sector, giving rise to Timavo do Brasil.

3. 1990s

   The company is already a byword for innovation and quality in knit dyeing and finishing effects.

4. 2000s

   It focuses on dyeing seamless garments and T-shirts and introduces rotary printing for knits and wovens.

5. 2013

   Together with Italy's Guarisco, it launches Tigu, dedicated to digital printing.

6. Today

   Together, Timavo and Tigu can meet all of their clients' needs.
